Complaints Procedure
How to raise a concern about a service, an enquiry or the way personal information has been handled.
Last updated 17 September 2026
1. Raise the issue
Use the Contact page and explain what happened, the service or date involved where relevant, and the outcome you are seeking. Clear information helps Jennifer investigate the concern fairly.
2. Service complaints
Crown Privé London will review the information, any relevant service records and the circumstances of the appointment. Where appropriate, you may be asked for photographs or invited to discuss the issue so a practical resolution can be considered.
3. Data-protection complaints
Privacy complaints are handled as data-protection matters. They will be acknowledged and investigated, and Crown Privé London will aim to provide a substantive response within the period required by applicable UK law.
4. Escalation
If a privacy complaint remains unresolved, you may have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Other consumer remedies may also be available depending on the nature of the dispute.
