Accessibility Statement
Crown Privé London aims to make this website usable on modern phones, tablets and computers, including with keyboard and assistive technology.
Last updated 17 September 2026
1. Our approach
The website uses semantic headings, descriptive links, keyboard-visible focus states, alt text for meaningful images, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support where practical.
2. Forms
Contact and consultation forms use associated labels, required-field indicators, visible error messages and status updates that can be announced to assistive technology.
3. Text and contrast
The design uses high-contrast dark text on warm light backgrounds and light text on dark panels. Text can be enlarged using normal browser zoom without intentionally locking the page to a fixed size.
4. Known limitations
Some decorative editorial images contain visual detail that cannot be fully conveyed in alt text without overwhelming the page. Their purpose is primarily aesthetic and essential service information is always provided in text.
5. Feedback
If a page, control or document is difficult to use, contact Crown Privé London through the Contact page and describe the problem. We will consider reasonable ways to provide the information or service in another format.
